
Mount Abu School Is Set To Mesmerise India From Rajpath Tomorrow For The Third Time
With the Republic Day right around the corner, schools are gearing up for a performance of a lifetime, and among them, Mount Abu Public School, Sector 5, Rohini is all set to mesmerise India at the 72nd Republic Day Parade at Rajpath. Here are all the deets!
Celebration Of A Lifetime | Republic Day is a national event that celebrates the day when our constitution first came into effect, making the nation a ‘republic’ in the truest sense. This day is when the country celebrates by holding a Republic Day Parade, which celebrates India’s diversity and inclusion as a nation, and it is not the first time that Mount Abu Public School is participating in the Republic Day Parade.
In 2017, 150 students of Mount Abu Public School showcased their vibrant presentation of Assam Nritya Shaili at Rajpath on 26 January 2017. The memorable performance was witnessed by then Hon’ble President of India Sh Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Sh Narendra Modi and Chief Guest Crown Prince of UAE Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
In 2018, Mount Abu Public School was selected to welcome 10 state heads of ASEAN Countries through a spellbinding performance. Around 150 students presented a colourful performance, dressed in the traditional attire of 10 countries. Some of them were in Indian costume, representing 25 Years of the partnership of India with ASEAN.
This year too, despite a global pandemic and harsh weather, students from Mount Abu Public School are all set to perform at Rajpath on 26 January 2021. 92 students from Mount Abu Public School and Vidya Bharti School will be displaying a powerful performance to invoke and inspire every Indian, so don’t forget to catch the spectacular performance live, tomorrow!
