We know nothing complements good food like a great drink to savour it with! So when we said we’d make sure you’ll stay hydrated and cool, and enjoy your food as you have a gala time at Masalas Of India - Regional Cuisine Festival powered by Maggi this weekend, we meant it! 

When you’re headed for our two-day foodie extravaganza celebrating the best of local dishes from across the country, you wouldn’t be able to get enough of the summer coolers we have in store for you, an ultimate medley of nostalgic and contemporary drinks with refreshing flavours! 

And here’s what we’ve personally picked out for you to swill down @ Masalas Of India in Ansal Plaza this weekend:

1. Mohabbat Ka Sharbat

Topping the charts all the way from Chandni Chowk to Masalas Of India is this beaut. This pink concoction made from summer favourites like Roohafza, watermelon, milk, masses of ice and lots of LOVE is this delicious cooler that you CANNOT leave without trying this weekend! 

2. Nanima Ka Aam Panna

This one's a classic and will give you all the nostalgic feels! Nothing beats Aam Panna during summers (we can see you nodding RN). Roasted raw mango with a burst of roasted jeera, this sweet and tangy confection would take you back to ‘Nani ke Haatho ka Aam Panna’. We rooted for it then, and we still root for it now!

3. Himalayan Peach Iced Tea

Our bar/drinks concept is powered by Himalayan Orchard Pure natural flavoured mineral water. Imagine experiencing the pure, zesty essence of fruit as you take a walk through the orchards of the Himalayas *it's that good!*. And the good news is that they’ll be dishing out some delicious Himalayan Peach flavoured Iced Tea for y'all! 

4. Dara Shikanji

Another summer staple for us Dilli-wallahs is this refreshing, minty drink! We don’t need reason or logic to down a couple at any given time of the day and this one here comes with a special twist you’re surely gonna enjoy. Yep, note this one down peeps - you really don’t wanna miss out!

5. Desi Banta 

Are you smiling? ‘Cause we are *grins*! You already know of our love for the good ol’ banta and we’ve confessed all about our obsession more than a few times now. You can expect varieties such as Kala Khatta Banta, Jamun Banta and more surprises at Masalas Of India, so gear up for a hell of a desi ride this weekend! 

6. Banarasi Paan Mojito

Whatta combo eh?! The famous Banarasi paan gets a videsi twist with this refreshing blend and you'll love this drink from the first sip! It’s new, it’s fun and it tastes amaze on the rocks! We surely recommend you give this a try or ten! It’s gonna be so g-o-o-o-d! *happy sighs*

7. Teekha Amrood

Frankly, we love our amrood even when it’s not made into a drink. But here, taking innovation levels up a notch, we will be showcasing this spiced, tangy drink which will be all that you’re imagining it to be. Sweet and naughty, you'll be back for seconds!

8. Signature Mocktails From Elixir 

Ever been curious to find out what the drink of Gods tastes like? We have here for you the most mind-boggling mocktails from Elixir! The drinks come with heavenly names and exotic medleys of flavours such as watermelon & elderflower in Organoponicus or the exhilarating mix of lavender syrup & burnt rosemary in Garden In A Bottle!
