Delhi Gets Its Own Human Library Now!

After Hyderabad and Mumbai, Delhi is finally getting its share of a ‘Human Library’! As crazy as it sounds, this is a library where you can borrow people and hear their stories.

It isn’t a complicated concept at all, you just borrow people for 20 minutes and hear their stories, their dispelling prejudices and basically whatever you’re up to listening. Delhi is gonna have its first ever Human Library event on the 18th of June at Innov8 Co-Working space in CP!

This concept of Human Library was started in Copenhagen, Denmark where it was introduced to break the notions of the marginalised communities via the method of conversation. It works as a ‘book’ which talks back and answers whatever questions the reader has pertaining the story. Wow!

Each participant will be able to choose from 11 ‘Human Books’, curated by the organisers. Sounds like an amazing concept to us, and we’re totally heading over for sure!
