Horrible Pollution Has Another Disastrous Effect: Ranji Trophy Championship Shifted Out Of Delhi
With the smog having engulfed Delhi into its smothering blanket, literally everything in the city is revolving around this issue. The Ranji Trophy, i.e., the domestic first-class cricket championship, will be shifted out of Delhi due to the smog!
The BCCI has moved two matches for the next upcoming Ranji Trophy starting this month itself, out of Delhi. Hyderabad’s match versus the Group C Services was scheduled for Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi, but now it’s going to be played at the Bandra-Kurla Complex facility in Mumbai instead!
Also, Assam’s Group B game against Odisha that was scheduled at Karnail Singh Stadium in Delhi has now been shifted to Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
Pollution, you’re literally taking the capital city for a ride!
