Hello, Delhizens! You must be aware that the entire city along with the nation is under a 21-day lockdown, right? But the people providing essential services are facing a number of challenges and this is how the state government plans to help them.

What You Need To Know | On Wednesday, the 25th of March, the Delhi Government announced that it will grant an e-pass to people providing essential services during the lockdown period. This includes grocery shop owners, milk plant workers and so on, who do not have a formal id card but provide some of the most important things to the general public. 

The government has issued a helpline number where you can call and apply for an e-pass number. The entire reason behind this is to assure people that they don’t panic buy goods and that these will be available easily. 

So, make sure you stay home and go out only in case of dire need or emergency!
