Gurgaon Will Get An All-New, Swanky Railway Station To Reduce Train Congestion In Delhi
Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu recently announced that an all-new railway station with top class facilities will be set up in Gurugram to reduce the major level of pressure that’s on the Delhi station!
A railway station will be built at Rohtak and then a newly-electrified railway section between Rohtak and Jind will also be introduced. Plus, a new DEMU train between Jind and Sonipat will also be built.
The Railways also plan on introducing solar power plants, wind power plants and LED lights all thanks to which they’re aiming to save up to Rs 41,000 crores! Now that sounds awesome! They also aim at spreading greenery by planting 5 crore saplings in and around the city.
Good move Delhi Railways!
