GGN May Get Its 1st Ever 10-Acre Intl. Sports Complex With An 8-Lane Pool & More

Gurugram is known for its tall skyscrapers and swanky roads and now it’ll be known for one more thing - a brand spanking new sports complex!

A Global Sports Complex In The Works | The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) has proposed to build a 10.8-acre sports complex which will be of international standard and could possibly host various international events. The sports complex is expected to have a stadium, an indoor swimming pool, a shooting range and a multipurpose hall for activities like tennis and basketball - nice!

The complex is slated to be built in Sector 52-53 of Gurgaon and will have a 100-200 metres racing track. There will also be an additional practice track for athletes and the swimming pool will have 8 lanes. The complex shall be equipped with MRI machines and in addition, will have a seating capacity of 3,000 people and boast of parking space for 300 cars.
