If you work in Gurugram and travel via roads every day to get to the office, first of all, our deepest sympathies, and secondly, there is great news for ya’ll. Gurgaon traffic is no joke, fellas, and if you happen to catch a flight during peak hours, your anxiety will peak, but you will probably not move forward; just know you're not alone. The traffic gods might finally be listening, because if your daily commute to the office feels like a full-blown road trip (minus the snacks, ofc), there’s some legit good news coming your way. Things are about to get breezier, smoother, and way less rage-inducing!

Traffic Ko Karo Bye-Bye | The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has officially kick-started trial runs on two new tunnels that will connect the Dwarka Expressway directly to the IGI Airport and NH-48. Yep, no more endless heavy traffic drama, detours, or GPS-induced panic attacks. These tunnels are part of a 5.1-kilometre system, made up of a main 3.6-kilometre, eight-lane tunnel leading straight to IGI Airport, and a 1.5-kilometre, two-lane tunnel linking Dwarka Expressway to NH-48 towards Gurugram. Once they are entirely open for public use, the tunnels are expected to majorly cut down travel time to T3 and ease congestion at key traffic hotspots like Mahipalpur and Gurugram.

Travelling to the office is gonna get much easier!
