Expat chef Tarathip Nooriengsai has recently come on board at Spectra, The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences and she’s all set to tantalize your taste buds with authentic flavours from her home country. 

The festival will be on from 24th of May to the 2nd of June and you can sample an array of dishes and also pair them with Thai-inspired cocktails. Head on to try Phad Chaa Pla Kapong (stir-fried sea bass with kar chai sauce), Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour lemongrass soup with river prawns), Plaa How Shell (Thai style pan-seared scallops), Geang Kua Kardookmoo (aromatic homemade red curry paste with soft pork ribs) and more. Sounds delish, right?!
