Gautam Gambhir To Inaugurate A Centre Serving A Re 1 Plate Meal Here In Delhi!

The former cricketer and now Member of Parliament, Gautam Gambhir is set to inaugurate a 4th Jan Rasoi in his constituency in East Delhi, that serves full plate meals for just Rs 1. This centre will serve nutritious food to the needy and here’s everything you need to know! 

Full Plate Meals For Rs 1 | Jan Rasoi is a network of food centres serving highly subsidised food to the masses and the needy in Delhi. 3 such centres in Gandhi Nagar, Ashok Nagar and Vinod Nagar already exist and have been offering meals for Rs 1 in different areas of Delhi. This 4th subsidised food centre will be inaugurated in Shakarpur near Laxmi Nagar.

The previous Jan Rasois have seen an overwhelming success that serves more than 3,000 people every day, lending a hand to the vast population of poor and needy people in the capital. Gautam Gambhir will be inaugurating this new Jan Rasoi this Saturday and this food centre will be replacing a garbage disposal unit in the area, thereby also relieving the people living nearby of the foul smell of garbage. 

This centre will be a blessing for the more deprived section of the society living in these areas and eradicating hunger one plate at a time!
