From Talli Chicken To Mutton Galautis, Here's 7 Scrummy Dishes To Order @ House Of Tigers!
Tucked in the busy lanes of GK I market, we found this fine dining cum party place going by the name of House of Tigers with an ambience providing a rustic setup comprising ropes, wooden interiors and brick walls, all of which we adored!

The place is spread out over two floors with the first floor dedicated to fine dining and the second floor being a haven for party goers. Plus, they have a totally gorgeous rooftop area that’s basically the perf place to hold that long-overdue get-together with the squad. After fawning over their interiors, we pounced on these delicious dishes here!
1. Paneer Tikka

We ordered their iconic Paneer Tikka, which comprised sizeable portions of cottage cheese well marinated before being roasted along with diced onions and tomatoes. We loved how the pieces had a slight crisp on the outside while being unbelievably moist and squishy on the inside!
With the flavour of garlic and ginger dominating the palate, HOT, undoubtedly, triumphs among its peers when it comes to the classic paneer tikka!
2. Talli Chicken

Four delectable and mouth-watering chicken legs, marinated exponentially well in a unique blend of spices keeping the spice quotient high and roasted to perfection, were presented to us after being smeared with chili barbecue sauce and served with pickled onions *still drooling*.
The chicken was fleshy and pulpy with the essence of marination utterly absorbed by the meat and giving away a tantalizing taste in every bite. We were just head over heels in love with this one!
3. Mutton Galauti

Minced meat tenderized beautifully owing to the raw papaya paste used in the marination and cooked deftly with spices such as garam masala and chilies with the main spice being kabab chini had us drooling all over this item.
Four squishy pieces with a perfect brown texture and a beguiling aroma were served on a small chapati along with pickled onions. Full marks for this one, HOT!
4. Mushroom Galauti

We were so obsessed with their Mutton Galouti that we ended up ordering the veg version as well, where the mushroom was parboiled and blended till finely chopped. They were then mixed with mashed potatoes and sautéed in a mix of cumin seeds, green chilies and needless to say, the taste of these soft and mushy pieces served on a small chapati along with pickled onions left us satiated to the core!
5. Soya Chaap

Homemade soya rolls roasted well in the tandoor resulted in this dish served in front of us served with pickled onions and garnished with cream. We loved how the soya was diced before cooking which made sure that the spices were easily absorbed by the pieces and left a glorious taste that lingered long after the meal was over!
6. Dal Makhani

Our mains saw us devouring the staple Dal Makhani along with assorted breads where the dal was evenly boiled and cooked overnight in raw spices. The presence of cream, overnight cooking and right tempering gave the dal a luscious texture.
Black cardamom being the main spice, made this item the highlight of the evening. Served in an earthen pot and garnished with cream, this one was one of the best we’ve ever had!
7. Military Meat

For the non-veg lovers, we had this delight in front of us which was full of succulent mutton pieces cooked amazingly well in a blend of multiple Indian spices and yogurt. The mutton was palatable, tender and juicy with the soul of spices easily felt while devouring this one.
In a nutshell, the place is one of hippest place in town with a combined package of scrumptious food, astounding drinks, an eccentric ambience and all of this without burning a crater in your pockets! Seriously, come drop by and get your friends!
