If ‘Wake up and Make-up’ is the mantra you live by, Maquillage: Fragrance & Cosmetics, is where you ought to be right now. Maquillage (which literally means make-up in French) is the best (yes, we said it) place in Hudson Lane to stock up on those lipsticks and compacts.

We found this place on our way back to GTB Nagar Metro Station after exploring the café-hub of North Delhi. Their one-of-its-kind signboard popped out in a lane full of food joints, and we instantly had an urge to go inside. This place is being run by a couple (Mrs. & Mr. Kukreja), for the past one and a half years.

The section that caught our attention was the one with all the nail paints - Nykaa (everyone’s current fave), Maybelline, Faces, Elle18 and what not! We literally tried about thirty shades before choosing a choice few. 

Coming to face makeup - lipsticks, mascaras, eye shadows, highlighters, primers - you name it and they have it. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a quality product because they have a huge variety of products from brands like Lakme, Faces, Maybelline - et al. We all know about the significance of a good lipstick and so does Maquillage, because they’ll help you find your match from their vast range of shades.

Fragrances For Every Occasion

Moving on to the collection of all things fragrant, their huge array of deodorants, body sprays & perfumes had us going all gaga! With a few shelves entirely dedicated to our go-to deodorants like Yardley & Nike, they also had some shelves adorned with exquisite imported perfumes.

Face Packs, Serums & TONS More

Not just make up, they have everything you need for maintaining perfect skin and shiny hair. From face washes, creams and face packs to shampoos, conditioners and serums, you can literally get it all at one place. They even keep everyday essentials like nail cutters, wipes, hair brushes etc. Plus, they also have a tiny collection of handbags which you might wanna check out!

That’s not all! If you’re a student, this place is just what you need. Why, you ask? Because they offer a student discount of upto 10% if you show them your ID, so better put those ID cards with them ugly photos to good use! 

Maquillage is open on all days from 11 AM to 10 PM so you won’t have to worry in case you make a last minute party plan but run out of eyeliner for that perfect winged tip look!
