From Masala Chaap To Malai Chaap, Here Are 4 Dishes We Tried At This Modest Stall In Mukherjee Nagar

There rarely exists a vegetarian who doesn’t love their chaap and so we came across this modest little place that'll fulfill all your chaap cravings with their delectable offerings and amazing flavours. This stall is based on the busy streets of Mukherjee Nagar. Despite of being quite petite and lacking seating facilities, the food this place serves make you come back for more! 

Orders start pouring in as soon as the stall is set up, after 5 PM and there will rarely be a moment when you won’t find it to be crowded. The owner of the place is quite friendly and would love to share a joke or two with you! Here's what we tried here:

1. Masala Chaap

Starting with the nonpareil, Masala Chaap is the most loved dish here because of the shedload of butter and masala used. While waiting for your order to get ready, you’ll witness most of the people drooling over the same dish. The flavour of masala in this dish packs quite a punch and is one of the main reasons this stall is so popular.

2. Malai Chaap

Unlike malai chaap served up at other places, this place added oodles of malai to its chaap which brought out immensely divine and super creamy flavours. After Masala Chaap, this is the one dish which was savoured the most!

3. Achari Chaap Roll

Next up, delicious achari chaap was stuffed inside a soft roomali roti and prepared as a roll. Not just achari, but all the other chaaps can be prepared into rolls which makes it so versatile. It goes without saying that we definitely preferred the roll version rather than the chaap on its own.

4. Pudina Chaap

What you'll immediately notice about this dish is the green appearance however the flavour of pudina wasn’t as prominent as we would have liked it to be. It is served with onions and mint sauce and is buttered with gusto!

This stall is petite but the portion of food isn't quite! The relishing flavours and delightful experience would definitely make us come back for more!
