For The Poetry Enthusiasts: There's A Big-Ass Poetry Exhibition Being Put On This Friday Feat. 45 Poets!

Poetry enthusiasts listen up, Delhi is all set to host one of the biggest poetry biennales which we just can’t wait to attend! With Delhi being home to various poetry events lately, the city is surely open to the idea of this beautiful talent a lot more now. 

A poetry exhibition like no other, the Raza foundation has organized this poetry biennale at Triveni Kala Sangam, in which 45 poets from 15 different Indian languages will participate. Titled VAK: The Raza Biennale of Indian Poetry, this do is being hosted to bring to the people of Delhi the beauty of poetry in not just English, Hindi and Urdu but also in Kashmiri, Assamese and Manipuri! Nice!

Each invited poet will get 15 minutes to read out his poems as well as translations. Some of the poets on board are K. Satchidanandan (Malayalam), Sharmila Ray (English), Kanji Patel (Gujarati), Kutti Revathi (Tamil) and Ratan Thiyam (Manipuri).
