For A Place Boasting Of White Chocolate Sandwich & Momo Pizza, Cad M Cad B Fails To Deliver

This hard to find outlet in Satya Niketan has a tiny space that cannot seat more than two groups of people, but it has a rather interesting menu that we were eager to try. So, we waited for our turn and finally got in. They’ve got some really cool combination dishes like Momo Pizza, Kurukure Pizza etc, but alas, the place definitely did not live up to the hype - read on for our verdict!

Cad M & Cad B Shake

A thick slushy chocolaty shake topped with a generous helping of chocolate shavings, Cad M is the chocolate rush in a gush that you’ve been craving for! We were so wrong to think that this would be just a simple chocolate milkshake because this is more like liquid chocolate with some milk in it and not the other way round and was heavenly. Their Cad B Shake was similar and tasted slightly thicker and was more filling.

Momo Pizza

After overdosing on the delicious chocolate shakes, it was time to try something not so sweet. The Momo Pizza on their menu looked pretty interesting and we thought of giving it a go. Honestly, it was nothing like we thought it would be. It was just an underdone pizza with a momo sitting on each slice. Though the momos were decent, the pizza in itself was quite a disappointment. It was just overloaded with cheese and seasoning and chilli flakes with barely any veggies. Undercooked and dry, we wouldn’t recommend this dish at all!

White Chocolate Sandwich

After the disappointing Momo Pizza, we thought we’d stick to something chocolaty at this outlet so we decided to get a grilled White Chocolate Sandwich. Grilled to perfection, dressed with a generous amount of chocolate sauce as well as chocolate chips, this sandwich looked awesome, but the white chocolate filling that was supposed to be the hero of this dish was simply not enough! As excited as we were to gobble it all up by the look of it, we barely had the heart to finish it after we realized how little white chocolate there really was in it.

Ferrero Rocher Pizza

We absolutely had to order this because it had two of our favourite things combined in one dish. The dish presented to us looked spectacular, with molten Oreos and crushed gems and more chocolate than we could’ve hoped for, but one bite into it and we were in for another disappointment. Again, the base was hard and undercooked, ruining the dish for us to quite an extent. However, we do admit that the presentation as well as the taste of all those yummy chocolaty things together was pretty amazing! Had the pizza base been cooked well, this dish would have been quite yummy.

All in all, we’d give this place a big thumbs up for its shakes but we doubt we’d recommend the food at all. We’d suggest you to head over for their kickass shakes, but as tempting as their menu might look to you, try to eat elsewhere; Satya Niketan, as we know, has no dearth of other amazing eateries!
