Fees For Services Like Driving Licenses & Auto Permits To Be Paid Digitally As RTO Goes Cashless!

Regional Transport Offices in the capital city are set to go cashless from January 2017 so now the fees for all services like driving licences, auto permits and fitness certificates can be paid using electronic cash! FINALLY!

POS Machines are being installed by the Transport Department at its zonal offices and the trials for the same have begun. All thanks to the whole demonetization issue and people being low on cash, this serves as a knight in shining armour for those paying permits for various services. 

The officials have said that the move would ensure hassle-free services for the people of Delhi. The step is in line with the Delhi government's plan to bring all departments under the cashless transaction system.
