Fed Up With Continual Blockages, Arun Jaitley Plans to Add More Delhi-Gurgaon Routes
Necessity is the mother of all invention and our Finance Minister Arun Jaitley being stuck in a colossal traffic jam just turned out to be a blessing for all of us! Here's what happened.
While on his way to the 'Happening Haryana' summit, he had to endure NH8's wretched traffic and so he realised that the route is quite saturated, and other links need to be constructed, and soon.
There have been a few construction plans for roads in the works, but none are currently operational so Arun Jaitley may just revive any of these. The plan would be to build roads connecting Vasant Kunj with DLF-III, Andheria Modh with Gurgaon - Faridabad and Dwarka with Palam Vihar.
As of now, anything to de-clog the roads would be a true blessing! We're just praying this actually pans out!
