That’s The Way We Roll | Nirmal Vada Pav is a hole in the wall eatery located on the dusty streets of Paschim Vihar. The menu here might be limited but these folks serve quite an impressive variety of vada pavs & rolls which are so buttery & tasty that they have all our heart! One of our favourites is their Nutrela Kulcha Roll, the filling of which is a perfect blend of spices and tang and the kulcha it comes wrapped in is soft, buttery and fresh.

When you take a bite of it, the softness of this delight just melts in your mouth, so much so that you won’t be able to stop yourself at just one roll. Priced at 35 bucks, this dish is a must-try if you’re in the area!
