We can hog on Mughlai delicacies morning, noon and night, so when we heard that Diya at The Leela Ambience Gurugram is coming up with a food fest where the team of chefs have deep-dived into the culinary history and curated a menu from different eras of the Mughal empire, we couldn’t have been happier! ‘Shahenshao Ka Khaana’ Anyone? | Feast like an emperor with royal recipes prepared to entice your taste buds. The executive chef, Ashish Bhasin, along with his team have curated an à la carte menu based on the extensive research done by food historian Salma Husain. The team of chefs have crafted delectable dishes like Pateeli Kebab, Luleh Kebab, Riza Kjufta, Haleem Khasa, Kofta Angoori, Laziza, Rogani Roti and many more.

Also, since we’re always in the mood for something sweet, they’ve also come up with drool-worthy desserts like Biranj-e-amba, Sheer Kurma and Halvaye Zardak. These aromatic and melt-in-the-mouth dishes will make you keep coming back for more!

Oh, and did we mention that Diya is totes adorable and makes for the perfect place to hang out with the fam? Fair warning - these yummies will only be up for grabs from 10th - 24th March, so get going NOW!
