What’s Up? | So the NMRC has decided to keep the metro fares for Aqua Line slightly lower as compared to the fares for Delhi Metro and that sounds like great news! The fares are likely to be finalised next month and may be in-line with the fares for Lucknow Metro.
Currently, the Lucknow Metro fares comprise a base fare of Rs 10 for travelling between the first two stations. Beyond the first two stations, the fare comes to Rs 15 for travelling till the third station and Rs 20 for travelling for five stations. On the other hand, the Delhi Metro charges Rs 10 for the first two kms, Rs 20 for upto five kms and so on.
