The school provides a year-long program where more than 700 women are taught over 300 craft techniques, basic business and finance lessons along with entrepreneurship. This is followed by an internship that provides exposure to the field of global luxury craft making. This high-quality priceless experience and knowledge not only helps in the preservation of age-old techniques and skills but also enables women from less privileged backgrounds to take autonomy over their lives.
