Every Small Gesture Matters: Celebrate This Senior Citizen's Day With A Thought That Counts HERE
Growing up, grandparents play a very significant role in building a very positive outlook towards life. During moments when parents may not be able to help, a few words of guidance and support from these good ol’ wise people seem to bring rock solid stability to our life. It is this wisdom and their selfless nature that makes them so important, valuable and irreplaceable in our lives.
It is Senior Citizens’ Day on 21st August and the reason why we prompted you to walk down that memory lane was so that you can make a small difference to the lives of many homeless grannies and grandpas.
Select CITYWALK is celebrating Senior Citizen’s Day from 17th to 21st August and they want to reach out to visitors like you and me, so we can make a small yet significant difference to the lives of elderly by ‘shopping for the elderly as we shop for ourselves’. All the donated items will then be sent to the Earth Saviours’ Foundation.
Here’s What You Can Do | You can buy any small gift keeping senior citizens in mind and donate it at the counter of The Karma Cafe, which has been especially setup for that purpose. It’s that easy and the gift could be anything you like, big or small; it’s the thought that counts, after all!
Well, shall we get shopping then? See you at the mall!
