This Is A Representative Image

DDA is all set to create a smart hub which will have features of a smart city and will become the ultimate hangout zone of the capital. This humongous project will span across Sectors 10 & 11 and we can’t wait for it to come alive!

Eat, Play, Shop, Repeat | Spread over 21.15 hectares, the smart hub will be created with a futuristic vision. The complex will however not have any residential components. The entire area will be developed as a recreational and commercial zone as it’s based on the idea of India Habitat Centre. There will be a chain of restaurants offering casual to fine-dining experiences too!

Apart from this, there will be multiplexes and commercial plots that will be leased out including retail areas and restaurants. DDA plans to create a recreational green area which will be spread over 5.8 hectares and shall include an amphitheatre, a small butterfly park, herbal garden, kids’ play area and splash pool (WOAH!)

The main aim of this smart hub is to create a socio-cultural centre that will likely be named Dwarka Habitat Centre. It’ll be developed as a vibrant cultural hub for world-class performances and can even be used to host conferences and seminars. This hub will be located near DMRC’s Blue Line and pedestrian pathways shall connect the two.

Keep an eye out at this space for the opening date, folks!
