India is under a 21-day lockdown to halt the spread of the novel COVID-19, but to make this curfew easier for the public, the CM announced that all the grocery stores in Delhi will be allowed to function 24x7. Read on for more deets!

Avoid Stepping Out | It’s been declared by the Chief Minister that essential items like milk, bread, vegetables, fruits and medicines will be available round-the-clock after there was panic amongst shopkeepers due to the people stocking up and for the fear of police action. This decision has been taken to avoid overcrowding, and no additional permit or license will be required for the same. However, firms and local grocery stores should register themselves for door delivery and they’ll be given an e-pass for the same. These retailers can call on 1031 for registrations.

Some of the e-commerce retailers that are allowed to function are Grofers, BigBasket, MilkBasket, Bigg Bazaar, Reliance Fresh, Spencer’s, EasyDay and More Retail Ltd. For medicines and medical services, doorstep delivery is allowed and PharmEasy, MedLife and Dr Lal Pathlabs are on the list as well. Health care employees and journalists will also be allowed to carry out their duties if they carry their IDs. The CM also announced that all community clinics will remain open as well.

Guys, kindly follow the prohibitory orders and stay indoors!
