
DU To Hold CUCET Entrance Test For UG & PG Admission For The Academic Year 2022-2023!

DU Aspirants, Start Your Prep! | For many years amidst the skyrocketing cutoffs for the many popular courses at DU colleges, the consideration for altering the admission process was an ongoing process. Talks of introducing an entrance test called CUCET was in the process, which has now been approved! That’s right kids, The University of Delhi's Executive Council on 17th December(Friday) approved the Central Universities Common Entrance Test, CUCET, for the admission process for the academic year 2022-2023.
A 9-member panel constituted by DU vice-chancellor Yogesh Singh had recommended that the varsity should hold entrance exams to ensure substantial objectivity in the process of admission. Now, CET will be conducted for undergraduate and postgraduate courses starting from 2022-2023 by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This has been quite a welcome change from the rat race of chasing ever-increasing cutoffs at DU.
