Did You Know You Can Soon Get Saplings Delivered At Your Doorstep For Free?

With the rising air pollution in the city, the need for more green cover has also increased tremendously and the government of Delhi has decided to take this initiative that might just push the city in the direction of a greener town!

Right At Your Doorstep | The Delhi Government recently made an announcement in which they said that saplings will soon be delivered to the doorsteps of the residents for FREE. Yep, they’ll be launching a helpline number that the Delhizens would have to call and they’ll have to assure that they’ll take good care of the saplings and nurture it. The government will then deliver it for FREE to their doorstep!

This initiative is being called “Delhi Tree Challange” and the plan is to plant approx. 40 lakh saplings in the next 6 months. This will help the city fight the choking air-pollution that engulfs the town in winters.
