Delhites, A New Driving Test Is In Store For You At The City's First Automated Driving Test Centre

Delhizens, looks like we’re now gonna have to drive around in loops to get our driving license! There’re a few changes in the automated driving test format at the Sarai Kale Khan centre. Scroll on to know what the new format has in store for you!

What’s The Change? | Getting a driving license seems to have become a Herculean task for us Dilliwallas with more than 50% failures seen in the capital’s first automated driving test centre at Sarai Kale Khan. So now, there’s been a change in the test format and the new format will require the driver to drive through circular tracks, parallel parking and reversing around the corners. 

And, applicants can make ONLY one mistake otherwise they will fail! Woah! Currently, this new automated driving test centre is only for the South Delhi peeps. The other 11 automated driving centres, at Hauz Khas, Burari, Jharoda Kalan, Dwarka, Mayur Vihar, Pratap Nagar, Surajmal Vihar, Loni Border, Rohini, Raja Garden and Shakur Basti, are set to open by the end of the year.
