Delhi’s heartthrob, Virat Kohli recently launched an all new restaurant in his hometown, Delhi in partnership with two-time Gourmand Award winning Chef Michael Swamy! AWESOME!

Nestled in Delhi’s up and coming eatery hub, Sangam Courtyard, Nueva offers up an authentic contemporary South American spread that draws inspiration from the cuisine of various territories like Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Asian, and Japanese. 

A fine dining restaurant where food pairs with art and philosophy, Nueva will take you on a food journey like no other. They’ve got a super extensive menu which includes a bunch of Michelin Star level dishes that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the country!

The menu is seasonal and changes on a regular basis. The European styled restaurant is bent on creating a new perspective. From signature favorites like Parihuela, Trucha A La Plancha, Palo En Infusion De Te to classics like Pera Y Pato, Cielo and Tiramisu con Canela, everything reflects art and culture on the plate.
