Delhi Zoo Is Soon Going To Introduce New (And Furry) Members To Its Family

The Delhi Zoo is all set to get exotic with a plea to introduce a bunch of new species of animals like giraffes, African lions and kangaroos! Awesome!

This summer, animal lovers of the city will get to experience a lot more at Delhi’s Zoo. The National Zoological Park in New Delhi has asked the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) for acquisition of various animals including giraffes, African lions and kangaroos. 

The National Zoo is trying to gain possession of various animals from other zoos all over the world. For instance, ostriches are being requested from the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, giraffes from the European Zoo and African Lions from the African Zoo! Along with this, there will also be the introduction of Red Lechwe and Kangaroos! Nice!
