Delhi Peeps Can Now Take A Chill Pill 'Cause DTC Is Set To Launch 400 New Blue AC Buses Soon

Hola Delhiites, we know how this Dilli ki sardi has turned out to be much of a struggle, so here we are, bearing a piece of good news for the upcoming summer! Delhi Transport Corporation has decided to launch 400 new, blue-coloured air-conditioned buses and it’s time for us to finally bid goodbye to those sticky and sweaty days of summer! What is more exciting, is that the first lot of 20 buses has already reached Delhi and we absolutely cannot keep our calm.

Blue Is The New Cool | As announced by the DTC, Delhi is ready to welcome 400 new AC buses, under the cluster scheme. Which means, this is the first time when AC low-floor buses will ply under the scheme. In another first, the seats for women in these buses are pink in colour. These buses are scheduled to function after some mandatory certification and checks, their exact dates are yet to be announced. But the air-conditioners are not the only cool thing about these new buses folks, they will also be easier to board for the differently-abled and senior citizens, and come with CCTV cameras, panic buttons and GPS Tracking Systems.
