Delhi-Mumbai Rajdhani Express Is Getting A Cool Facelift With Heritage Paintings & New Bathrooms
After Mumbai - Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express got an all new look, it’s time for the Delhi - Mumbai one to get a facelift too!
Everything New In Store | Western Railways has announced the makeover of all the coaches of the Delhi - Mumbai Rajdhani Express by the end of March guys, and we’re pretty excited to see what they’ve got in store.
Western Railways has painted the exterior of the Shatabdi with dust resisted paint, plus the coach number plates will also be highlighted with retro reflective boards making it easier for passengers to find their coaches in the dark too!
Anti graffiti coated designer wraps are being used for the interiors and new paint coating is being done on wall panels too. The walls of the coaches will also be decorated with heritage pictures of the cities the train travels to.
The best bit is that this train will have newer bathrooms too! YAS! Thank god! The bathrooms are being revamped as well, so thankfully better facilities will be available from now on.
Sounds cool to us!
