Hello, Delhiites! We just found out about this ah-mazing news because of which Delhi will have better management of the ample green waste that’s being produced in the city. Scroll on to find out what exactly we’re going on about!

Delhi To Get Green Waste Centres | We all are aware that a large quantity of green waste and dry leaves are being generated in the city, right? So, to deal with that, the civic agencies are planning to set up green waste management centres at selected nurseries in Delhi. This move shall not only help in the careful management of dry leaves but will also provide better and more efficacious disposal of the same. There are already 29 such centres in the city at places such as Saket, Green Park, Vasant Kunj and more centres are on the cards!

These hi-tech green waste management will assist in finishing this exercise in just 45 days. Plus, the agency has also provided 4 chipper-cum-shredding machines to deal with the dry leaves which will be naturally decomposed and turned into manure for further use in parks all over the city - sounds cool, doesn’t it?
