Get Ready To Stock Up! | Delhi Government just declared that this year Diwali and Dussehra will be dry days. That means, no liquor shop will be open on the days when you’re just waiting to drop by your local liquor store to create those signature drinks for that huge Diwali or Dussehra party at home. Earlier this year, the Delhi government reduced the dry days from 21 to three, which created a huge controversy and has since revoked its decision.
