Delhi Becomes 1st City In Asia To Get Uber's Public Transport Service At 210 Metro Stations

Late, No More | Delhi is all set to get popular cab-hailing service Uber’s Public Transport service. Our city would be the first in Asia and ninth worldwide to get this facility. So, in this feature, the Uber app will allow commuters to plan their trips by checking the live status of the Delhi Metro and DTC.
The feature called ‘public transport’ will appear on your Uber app as one of the options while booking a ride. By clicking on the option, commuters will receive at least three available best transit options along with the cheapest and the fastest routes, live timings and number of transfers of the public transportation.
Besides, at 210 metro stations, Uber will set up their pick-up and drop-off zones which are currently provided at only three metro stations - Rajiv Chowk, Sikanderpur and Dwarka Sector 21. These mobility services will ensure last-mile connectivity in the city.
