CP Will Have A First-Of-Its-Kind Community Diwali Ft. Laser Shows And Food Courts

With the onset of October, the air quality in the city takes a turn for the worse. To make sure that this year it doesn’t get repeated, the Delhi Government is doing a lil something that will make your Diwali a little more bright!

A Brighter Diwali | The Delhi Government in its bid to discourage people from bursting crackers which causes immense noise and air pollution is organizing a Community Diwali celebration. This will be happening from Saturday - Tuesday, the 26th - 29th of October in CP. It will be inaugurated by the Lt. Governor which will feature what’s said to be a first-of-its-kind laser show, food courts and art & cultural events - nice.

The Inner Circle will be pedestrianised, which means that all private vehicles will be barred from entering the premises. However, battery rickshaws are being arranged to take people from nearby parking lots to the main venue at Central Park. There’s also gonna be special effects in all buildings of CP with storyboarding, cultural performances, and food and local handicraft shopping stalls. 

The entry for this is free and it will happen between 6 - 10 PM and you can drop by anytime between these hours. Sounds pretty interesting, doesn’t it?
