Dussehra marks the annihilation of Raavan, the demon king, by Lord Ram symbolizing the victory of good over evil and is celebrated with much fanfare in Delhi by burning the effigy of Raavan, Inderjeet (his son), and Kumbhkaran (his brother) and bursting firecrackers.

The Ramlila Ground, as the name suggests, is one of those places in Delhi where Dussehra is celebrated in the biggest possible way! At the Ramlila Ground, the festivities begin a few days before Dussehra. They showcase Ram’s 'lila' i.e. a play that begins every evening from where it ended on the previous day.

A lot of times this celebration is attended by Bollywood stars and political personalities, so if you’re lucky you might get to see some celebs there!

Tomorrow is the last day, so don’t miss out on the mesmerizing affair of the towering Raavan burning to the ground!
