Instagram sensation Shivesh Bhatia of 'Bake With Shivesh' fame is back with yet another interesting workshop for all aspiring bakers at Thai High, Mehrauli. Shivesh is a self-taught baker and food blogger with an Instagram fan following of 75,000+ followers. He’s well known for all the unique desserts that he makes as well as for his fabulous photography skills!

Workshop Expertise | Shivesh will do a hands-on demo of much-adored Lemon Meringue Eclairs, Pâte Sablée Tart with vanilla pastry cream, Puff Pastry Almond Croissants and Fruit & Almond Clafoutis. Along with his delicious delicacies, the head chef of Thai High, Chef Raman, will demonstrate Thai Iced Tea, Wasabi and Feta Lychee, Ginger and Lemongrass Martini and Otak Otak on a bed of Crispy Kafir Lime and Lemon Grass Parantha with Cured Radish Yogurt.
