Have you heard of ChurMur? It is basically the crushed version of our crispy, round golgappe, extremely popular in the mini Kolkata of Delhi. It is made of dry phuchkas, chana, potatoes, green chillies, coriander and tamarind. You’ll get a plateful of this finger-licking dish at just Rs 30 at this unnamed stall in Market 1.
