By 2023, Chandigarh Will Be Just A 2-Hour Drive Away From Saadi Dilli!

Even though we love the gorgeous city of Chandigarh with all our hearts, the approx. 4-hour drive can sometimes be a huge buzzkill but this may not be true in the near future. Yes, folks, we’re here to spill some brilliant piece of news that we just heard!

A Gedi Till Chandigarh | Soon Chandigarh will be just a 2-hour drive away from the Delhi Airport. Yep, this could be a reality by the year 2023 as per the promises by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). They have set tight deadlines for completion of several projects like Dwarka Expressway and Urban Extension Road in Delhi, Trans-Haryana and the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra expressways, which could make this a reality. 

The expressway will reduce the distance by 20 kms from 260 to 240 kms between the two destinations and the permitted speed will be 120kmph via the 5 expressways which will drastically reduce the time by half.
