Just recently, India rose to see rainbows all around when the highest court in the country abolished the centuries-old law that prohibited people from expressing their love! And since the lovely people at The Lalit have always been supporters of #PureLove, they have something special happening this Saturday we should all be a part of! 

In The Spirit Of Love For All | Hotelier & LGBTQ+ activist Keshav Suri is famous for his work towards uplifting the members of this community and taking another step towards this initiative, he’s all set to launch the Keshav Suri Foundation this Saturday. The foundation’s launch will also see the 1st National Conference for Queering the Pitch - Agents of Change, that’s being hosted by The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and FICCI. Through this conference, these guys hope to spread awareness about the issues and discrimination that’s being faced by the LGBTQ+ community in the country and what steps can be taken to combat this. 

Talking about the endeavour, Keshav Suri said, “We are glad that Section 377 has been read down. However, we have merely scratched the surface. Building off the success of the It Gets Better campaign, the Keshav Suri Foundation will illustrate HOW it CAN Get Better in the Indian context. The Foundation aims to provide employable skills to the community and sensitize organizations on more diverse & inclusive practices.”
