April Onwards, You Don't Need To Deal With Pesky Hand Baggage Stamping If You're Flying Domestic
This month onwards, i.e., April onwards, airports are all set to say bye bye to hand baggage stamping! Domestic air travellers at Delhi and six other airports will not have to get their hand baggage tags stamped anymore. NICE!
The Central Industry Security Force is saying that this will help reduce the time eaten up during security checks, speeding the business up a bit. Though they’d tried this once earlier as well, but had to resume the procedure due to security reasons, but now it’s surely going to be applied!
Appropriate measures have been taken up for the same and the main goal here is to speed up the procedure of security checking. High definition security cameras have been put up, plus the Security Hold Areas have been moulded to suit the new guidelines.
So next time you’re at the domestic airport, you won’t have to stand too long in the security check lines (thank God)!
