Delhiites, there have been a number of updates that’s been coming in for the past couple of days regarding the lockdown 4.0. So, here’s what the latest update from the Delhi Government says about the liquor shops!

What You Need To Know | The Delhi Govt. on Tuesday, the 19th of May allowed all the liquor shops except for those that are located in shopping malls and airports. So, out of the 864 liquor shops in the city, the now 600 shops will now reopen apart from the 100 that were opened previously. Earlier only government-run shops were allowed to open which resulted in massive crowds of people who ended up flouting a lot of social distancing norms.

These shops will open from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and the one located in the malls or in the containment zones won’t be allowed to open. The shops that are located in the market place will have to open up on the basis of odd-even that’s been implemented in the city.
