Bleed Chocolate | Tangy House is an offbeat cafe located in Gurgaon which has an absolutely quirky decor but we’re crushing over their mouth-watering dessert. They do a lil’ something called Chocolate Money Bags, which is your good ol’ molten chocolate wrapped in the crunchy outer layer and served with a scoop of ice cream - nice. Sounds, pretty yum, doesn’t it?
