A Mini Sadar Bazaar Spread Across 16 Floors Minus All The Congestion Is Opening In Delhi!

If stepping into a crowded market sounds nothing short of a nightmare then this one’s for you. DMRC, along with the North Municipal body, has decided to construct a shopping-cum-parking complex at Eidgah slaughterhouse right above the intersection of two metro lines under the Phase IV of Delhi Metro.

Full Speed Ahead! | Named the Mini Sadar Bazaar, this space will see the conjoining of two metro lines and ample parking space. The 16-storey building will have 4 underground floors for the upcoming intersection of Nabi Karim station, 9 floors for parking and 26,000 sqm space will be reserved for shops. Also, around 900 sqm of space will be allotted to DMRC for developing station infrastructure, lifts, entry and exit gates and more such facilities.

The development of the parking facility will take around 1 and a half year and the whole project will be completed by 2023-24. Authorities said that this will provide a modern market option for Sadar Bazaar as it will reduce congestion and consumers will get a well connected commercial hub.
