A Full Six More Weeks Of Toll Free Travel To Noida On The DND Flyway For Y'All!

Listen up peeps! This one’s for those brave soldiers who travel to Noida every day - the Delhi-Noida-Delhi Flyway will remain toll free for another six freaking weeks! *Tears of joy* Not only will it save a few bucks, but also reduce travel time by upto half an hour! YAY! 

This is all thanks to The Supreme Court which has deferred the hearing of the case pertaining to DND toll for another six weeks, and we’re super happy about it! 

Here’s Why This Is Happening | Back in October 2016, the Allahabad High Court ordered that no toll should be collected from people who use this 9.2 km long flyway. And back then the High Court tried to implement the order, but couldn’t make it happen because the cost of building the toll gate hadn’t been recovered and the collection of the same was the only way to recover it. 

But now finally The Supreme Court took up the matter in February 2018 and decided that the toll should finally be removed and that’s why, thankfully, it was, and this has further been extended for another six weeks!
