India is hosting the Theatre Olympics for the first time ever, and the fest is currently ongoing at the Red Fort and goes on till 7th April. Spreaded over 51 glorious days, with a lineup of 450 extravagant shows and 600 theatrically ambient performances, the festival promises to be a visual treat for ALL the theatre fanatics out there!!
Come Get Your Dose Of Culture | Visionary Greek director, Theodoros Terzopoulos is the man behind this international festival where patrons can come engage themselves in open dialogue beyond the borders of different languages, cultures and ideologies.
A plethora of performances are lined up across 17 other cities including Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi and lots more.
Organised by the esteemed National School of Drama, the Theatre Olympics is a much scaled up version of NSD’s Rang Mahotsav. Directors, choreographers and actors from 30 different countries are here with their productions to enthrall y’all.
Beloved personalities like Rudraprasad Sengupta, MK Raina, Raj Bisara, Bansi Kaul, Prof. Tripurari Sharma, Maya Rao, Soumitra Chatterjee, Shabana Azmi, Paresh Rawal and Manoj Joshi will grace the event.
