Touted as the tandoori momos king in the capital, Hunger Strike is responsible for making the foodies drool over their delectable grub like Chicken Tandoori Momos, Malai Chaap, Chicken Seekh Roll, Malai Tikka Roll and Chicken Hakka Noodles that we can’t wait to dive into!

2. Dolma Aunty Momos

Dolma Aunty Momos is nestled in the bustling bylanes of Central Market whose stall was buzzing with momo lovers before the lockdown. Three kinds of lip-smacking momos are available here - chicken, veg and paneer. We miss devouring those steaming hot plate of momos during the busy evenings and honestly, we’re missing it a bit more as we type this.

3. Al Jawahar

Al Jawahar is the pride of Jama Masjid who have been dishing out scrumptious non-veg delights that are made in oodles of ghee and of course, we’re not complaining! Gone are those days when we could just head over to Al Jawahar and tuck into Chicken Qorma, Nahari, Paya, Rogan Josh and Mutton Qorma, but this is definitely the first place we’re heading to when it’s safe to do so.

4. Kumar Samose Wala

This place in Nizamuddin was once our go-to place whenever we craved for meaty and tandoori delicacies. From Mutton Shami Kebab to Chicken Kebab Roll and Buff Seekh Kebab Roll, do visit Ghalib Kebab Corner once it’s safe to do and see for yourself what we’re talking about!

6. Kuremal Mohanlal Kulfi Wale

The popular Kuremal Mohanlal Kulfi Wale first popped up in Chawri Bazaar nearly 100 years ago and is one of our favourite places for unconventional yet droolworthy kulfi flavours like Khajjur, Fig, Guava, Shareefa, Jamun, Kewra and more. When things get back to normal, trot over for sweet treats and you won’t be disappointed.

7. TOM  Uncle Maggi Point

Delhi University’s very own Tom Uncle Maggi Point was undoubtedly the best hanging spot in the North Campus back in the days when social distancing wasn’t a thing. Be it Cheese Masala Maggi, Chilli Paneer Cheese Maggi or Veg Tadka Maggi, this stall changed Maggi and college days for better!

8. Mangla Chat Waale

Before the lockdown, this humble food stall is tucked away in Mayur Vihar was whipping all things yummy like Aloo Chaat, Dahi Bhalla, Bharwa Golgappa and Papdi Chaat that satisfied our cravings like none other. Given how pocket- friendly the prices are, this stall tops our list when it comes to street-side food.
