1. Teach Them The Basics Of Obedience Training

This is perhaps the best opportunity to teach your pet the basic training commands. Even if your champ knows them, a refresher has no harm! Even a few minutes of practising the sit, stay, down, drop it, come here, or handshake commands can be challenging and stimulating for the pup. You can try even newer and tougher commands and tricks as you go, like hug, kiss, wave, shake, etc. You can also teach them to switch on/off the lights, or open and close a door, which can come in handy later!
2. Tug Of War

A super fun and challenging game to play with our dogs, Tug Of War is the perfect indoor game, for it does not require a lot of room. It can be a great bonding experience, and will also give you a chance to teach obedience to your dog as you make it follow some basic rules or the play stops. So go have some meaningful fun with your best bud - the recipe for a good day!

If you have kids too, it’s gonna be a super fun activity for the whole family, and your pets are sure to love it. Making your dog find you can be a funny and entertaining activity and honestly, why are you still here and not starting already?

5. Make Your Own Obstacle Course

You can wrack your brain and use your imagination to set up an obstacle course for your pet. It’s pretty easy and can stimulate your baby’s brain and help them become more focused, graceful, and agile. Using everyday household items, you can set up an obstacle course, make your pet jump over towels, weave through his toy, you can also use chairs, boxes, pillows, and other things. Another version was making your fur baby move through the objects on the floor without topping things over. Get started right away!

You can also play the cups version of this game where you hide the treat in one out of 3 cups and have your pet choose. It’s an engaging game for your buddy and a great way to train their sense of smell!

If your pup is used to playing fetch outside, why not do that at home? Do it in an open area like the living room or garden/roof, to make sure you don’t break a few things. You can also add twists to the simple game of fetch by making your dog look for its favourite toy after you hide it somewhere, or make him find treats hidden all over the house! So get that fave rubber ball your dog likes, and go fetch!
8. Play With Bubbles
