Fab Cafe is the restaurant chain of the beloved Indian brand Fabindia and it has become our latest obsession. Their Jackfruit Parathas and Pumpkin Sabzi are mind-blowing, as are their Mattar Paneer Stuffed Quinoa Parathas. Their menu is overflowing with gluten-free options like Tomato Masala Shakshuka, Shakarkandi Chaat Salad, Beetroot Lotus Stem Tikki Chaat. They also serve water chestnut momos that are absolutely gluten-free! How amazing is that? Visit them for an invigorating experience!

Their menu brought happy tears to our eyes and got our stomachs growling with hunger. You can devour yummies like Truffled Scrambled Eggs, Eggs Florentine and Altitude Eggs Benedict with gluten-free whole-grain bread. And that’s not all, they also have gluten-free macro bowls and salads such as the Roasted Pumpkin, Beetroot and Feta Bowl among other delicacies. It is a crime to not like pasta and the folks at Greenr do gluten-free pastas like the Blue Cheese Gnocchi Pasta and the Three Vegetable Pasta which are actually made of veggies (mind-blown). We are doing our happy dance RN. We usually find salads boring but the salads here have got us salivating. Their Tokyo Teriyaki Tofu salad is a medley of leafy greens, wasabi peas and tofu drowsed in a ginger-lemongrass teriyaki dressing.

They serve so many mouth-watering gluten-free dishes that we’ve lost count. Their pancakes are soft and fluffy and served with honey and seasonal fruits. Their Millet Upma with grilled veggies is the breakfast of champions. You’ll have to visit them more than once try out glorious items on their menu such as the Grilled Prawn Sambal Skewers, Lamb & Chipotle Patties and Zattar Spiced Basa. This chilly weather is perfect to dig into a heartwarming bowl of Paleo Coconut Seafood Broth.
