Butterflies on a beach! Sounds so idyllic, doesn't it? Well, that’s not all of its charms. The beach is inaccessible through cars and even 2 wheelers making it extremely private earning itself a reputation as a ‘Honeymoon Beach’. The beauty of the beach is exceeded by the lush forest cover it is surrounded by. If you are normal, chances are you’d love love love dolphins making this the perfect beach for you as it also is popular for dolphin sightings.

Cola Beach is so isolated that there is literally no road leading up to it, just an uneven mud path covered by tall tree canopies on both sides. If you still manage to make your way here, there are no joints here making it completely peaceful and private. Feel the golden sand beneath your toes, view the green hillocks against the splashing waves as you sit on inactive volcanic rocks on the coast. Whether it’s a swim in the lagoon or sunset viewing against the waves, Cola Beach has you covered with it all.

The most charming sights on a beach are those of sunrise and sunsets and where better to view this than at Goa’s sunrise beach. Apart from being the site of the most stunning sunrise in all of Goa, Hollant Beach is also popular for having crystal clear water and colourful corals. The water near the beach is so clear that in perfect weather conditions, one can view these beautiful corals with just the naked eye. Hollant is also hugely popular for kayaking.

Well if you planned to spend the entire day at the Hollant Beach, reconsider as you need to reach the Sunset Beach in the evening. The North part of this South Goa Beach is attributed to having the most stunning sunset in all of Goa. And the best part? This beach is so secluded that you get to experience this view in private with just you and your loved ones. Walk along the long stretch of rock-less beach, enjoy a private swim and if you’re lucky, you’ll find company of cute dolphins swimming right next to you.

We all know that the more public a beach is, the dirtier its sand is. But Hansa beach is not part of Goa’s public and commercial beaches as it is controlled by Indian Navy or the INS. Due to this reason the beach is very well protected, clean and safe for swimming. The beach can’t be called secluded or private as its entry is through the naval museum, but since it's hardly accessed by many people, there are hardly any people on it.

6. Palolem Beach

Palolem Beach isn't as popular as say Candolim Beach but it’s also not as secluded as Butterfly Beach. It falls comfortably in the middle as it has less number of people but more number of typical beach stalls and beach activities. If you’ve had kayaking, fishing, banana riding, paragliding, windsurfing, then Palolem Beach is just for you.
